We combine industry-relevant skills, hands-on projects, practical thinking, mentorship, and personalised career enhancement, so affordability never has to mean lower ambition or lower quality.
Our mission is to help young people and working professionals build the right Data and AI capabilities, stronger career profiles, and the practical judgement to solve real business problems. Supported by industry leaders, IIT and IIM alumni, entrepreneurs, and experienced mentors, learners move from access to capability and from capability to career readiness.
That is where my work begins. I’m Siddu Mathapati, Founder and CEO of Career Redefine, with 10+ years of industry experience, including work as a Data Scientist at Intel. I now help students and professionals prepare for the digital economy through practical upskilling and career transformation.
My journey connects data, AI, public systems, education, career transformation, and real-world problem-solving. The common goal is simple: turn complex change into practical direction people can act on.
