Effective date: 13 August 2026. Last updated: 13 August 2026.
This Refund Policy explains the refund, cancellation, access, commencement, payment, participation, and discontinuation terms that apply to Career Redefine programs, workshops, mentorship, career-support services, consultations, learning resources, and related offerings.
A person should read this Policy before making a booking, advance, instalment, or full payment. Making a payment, accepting access, attending a session, or beginning participation confirms acceptance of this Policy together with the applicable enrollment communication and Terms and Conditions.
Purpose and scope
Career Redefine programs involve advance planning, reserved capacity, instructor and mentor allocation, scheduling, onboarding, administration, learning access, materials, and support preparation. This Policy sets a consistent position for refund and cancellation requests after a person chooses to book or enrol.
The Policy applies to educational programs, workshops, bootcamps, mentorship, career guidance, resume or profile support, interview preparation, consultations, learning resources, certificates, and any related service supplied under the Career Redefine name unless a separate written document expressly states different refund terms for a particular offering.
The words learner, participant, applicant, customer, and you refer to the person for whom the booking, enrollment, or service is purchased. Where a parent, guardian, employer, sponsor, or other payer makes payment for that person, the same refund terms apply to both the payer and participant.
General no-refund position after commencement
Career Redefine maintains a strict no-refund policy once a program or service has commenced. After commencement, fees already paid are not refundable merely because the learner later changes plans, does not attend, does not complete the work, does not use all available support, or decides that the program is no longer personally convenient.
The no-refund position applies to full payments, partial payments, booking amounts, advances, instalments already paid, and payments made by a third party for the learner. It also applies whether the learner accessed one part or many parts of the program after commencement.
The value of a program is not limited to the number of live hours attended. Capacity reservation, preparation, onboarding, content access, schedule allocation, mentor availability, administrative work, learning resources, and the opportunity to participate are part of the service commitment.
When a program is treated as commenced
For refund purposes, commencement occurs at the earliest of the events listed below. It is not necessary for every event to occur.
- The first scheduled live class, workshop, mentoring session, counselling session, consultation, orientation, or service appointment begins.
- Access is granted to course materials, recordings, documents, assignments, projects, templates, learning portals, private groups, communication groups, or onboarding resources.
- An individual session, review, assessment, resume service, profile service, interview service, or other personalised work begins or is delivered.
- A seat, batch, appointment, mentor slot, or scheduled service is activated for the learner and the learner is informed that access or participation is available.
A learner cannot extend the refund period by choosing not to open a link, not to log in, not to join a scheduled session, not to read a message, or not to use access that has already been made available.
Booking and advance amounts
A booking or advance amount may be required to reserve a seat, batch, schedule, mentor slot, consultation, or service. The booking or advance amount is non-refundable under all circumstances, including where the learner later chooses not to proceed.
The booking amount reflects reservation and preparatory work and is not merely a temporary hold without commitment. Once accepted, Career Redefine may stop offering the relevant capacity to another person, begin onboarding, allocate resources, or plan delivery around the learner's booking.
If the booking amount forms part of a larger program fee, paying the balance later does not change the non-refundable character of the booking amount. If the learner does not pay the balance, the booking amount remains non-refundable and access may be withheld, suspended, or cancelled.
Instalment payment plans
An instalment plan is a payment facility for an agreed program fee. It is not a pay-per-class or pay-per-month subscription unless Career Redefine expressly describes it that way in writing.
A learner who discontinues voluntarily remains responsible for the outstanding balance communicated at enrollment. Stopping attendance, leaving a communication group, not submitting work, not using materials, or asking to cancel does not automatically cancel remaining payment obligations.
If an instalment is delayed or unpaid, Career Redefine may suspend classes, recordings, materials, learning portals, mentor support, certification, career support, or other services. Suspension for non-payment does not create a refund and does not by itself waive an outstanding balance.
Career Redefine may communicate payment reminders and may take reasonable steps to recover an agreed unpaid amount. A decision to grant time, accept a delayed payment, or temporarily restore access does not permanently change the payment schedule unless confirmed in writing.
Change of mind and personal circumstances
A refund is not provided after commencement because a learner changes career direction, selects another provider, no longer likes the chosen subject, expected a different pace, underestimated the required effort, or decides that participation is no longer a priority.
Personal circumstances do not ordinarily create a refund right after commencement. These circumstances include changes in employment, work schedule, education schedule, examination schedule, travel, relocation, family responsibility, financial position, device availability, internet access, health, personal emergency, or another individual commitment.
Career Redefine may consider a practical adjustment such as a schedule discussion or another available support option when feasible, but no adjustment is guaranteed. Considering or offering an adjustment does not mean that the original fee becomes refundable.
Attendance, absence, and missed sessions
Learners are responsible for attending scheduled sessions and managing their personal calendar. Missing one or more sessions does not create a full or partial refund, fee reduction, credit, or automatic extension.
A live program may include recordings or other supplementary access when available, but availability, duration, format, and coverage can vary. A recording is not guaranteed to replace the full value of live participation, interaction, feedback, or practice.
A learner who joins late, leaves early, attends irregularly, pauses without confirmation, or returns after a long absence remains subject to the original payment and refund terms. Unused attendance is not converted into money or transferred automatically to another person or service.
Assignments, projects, and completion
Programs may require active participation, practice, assignments, projects, assessments, attendance, communication, and independent effort. A refund is not provided because a learner finds the work difficult, does not complete required work, does not meet an assessment standard, or does not qualify for certification.
Payment gives access to the agreed learning opportunity and support; it does not purchase a guaranteed certificate, project result, grade, interview, job, salary, promotion, or career outcome. Individual outcomes depend on effort, capability, participation, market conditions, and decisions made by third parties.
Failure to ask questions, attend support, submit work, follow feedback, or use available resources does not make the program undelivered and does not create a refund.
Career support and employment outcomes
Career support may include profile review, resume guidance, interview preparation, job-search strategy, mentor input, or referral guidance. These services support preparation and do not guarantee an interview, referral, selection, employer response, offer, salary, joining date, promotion, or continued employment.
A refund is not provided because a learner does not receive a desired employment result, believes progress is slower than expected, is rejected by an employer, receives a different salary, changes the target role, or stops applying.
Employers, recruitment platforms, and other third parties make their own decisions. Career Redefine does not control vacancies, eligibility, screening, interviews, offers, verification, compensation, or employment conditions.
Technology and learner-side access
The learner is responsible for a suitable device, supported software, working internet connection, electricity, audio, video where required, account access, and a reasonable environment for participation. Learner-side technical problems do not ordinarily create a refund.
Temporary disruption, platform maintenance, internet congestion, third-party service interruption, or a short rescheduling does not automatically make the entire program refundable. Career Redefine may use a reasonable alternative platform, communication channel, recording, rescheduled session, or other practical method where appropriate.
A learner should report an access problem promptly and provide enough information for troubleshooting. Delayed reporting after a program has progressed may limit the support that can reasonably be provided and does not convert used or available service into a refund.
Schedule and delivery adjustments
Career Redefine may make reasonable operational changes to schedules, session sequence, instructors, mentors, tools, platforms, assignments, or delivery arrangements. Such changes may be necessary because of availability, illness, technical issues, holidays, learner progress, content sequencing, or other delivery considerations.
A reasonable adjustment that preserves the overall nature of the program does not by itself create a refund. Where a session is postponed, Career Redefine may reschedule it, provide an alternative session, or use another reasonable delivery method.
A learner should raise a material delivery concern promptly so that Career Redefine has a reasonable opportunity to review and address it. Continuing to participate after an adjustment may be taken into account when assessing a later complaint.
Discontinuation by the learner
A learner may choose to stop participating, but voluntary discontinuation after commencement does not create a refund and does not automatically cancel an unpaid agreed balance.
Discontinuation includes expressly asking to leave, ceasing attendance, becoming unreachable, leaving groups, not using access, not submitting work, or otherwise abandoning participation. Career Redefine may close or suspend access after discontinuation, non-payment, prolonged inactivity, or expiry of the applicable access period.
A learner who later asks to return may be considered subject to capacity, schedule, program availability, outstanding payment, and current requirements. Return, transfer, extension, or reactivation is not guaranteed and does not change the original refund position.
Removal for misconduct or misuse
Career Redefine may suspend or remove a participant for harassment, disruptive conduct, academic dishonesty, plagiarism, unauthorised recording, content sharing, credential sharing, intellectual-property misuse, payment misconduct, security misuse, threats, or another serious violation of applicable terms.
Removal for misconduct does not entitle the participant to a refund. Career Redefine may also restrict future access and preserve records needed to investigate the matter, protect other participants, enforce rights, or respond to a complaint.
A suspension used while a matter is reviewed does not create a refund. Where appropriate, Career Redefine may give the participant an opportunity to provide relevant context before a final decision.
Transfers, substitutions, and credits
Enrollment, access, mentor allocation, learning materials, and support are intended for the enrolled learner. A learner may not sell, share, assign, or transfer them to another person without prior written approval from Career Redefine.
A request to change a program, batch, service, learner, or schedule is not a refund request and is not automatically accepted. Career Redefine may consider a request based on timing, capacity, fees, work already completed, access already provided, and operational feasibility.
Any approved transfer, adjustment, or credit must be confirmed in writing and may be subject to conditions, fee differences, deadlines, or limits. A one-time accommodation does not create a general entitlement or change this Policy for other learners.
Requests made before commencement
The approved terms confirm that the booking or advance amount is non-refundable. Any request concerning another amount before commencement will be reviewed against the enrollment communication, the applicable offering, payment status, reserved capacity, preparatory work, and any written terms agreed for that enrollment.
This Policy does not create or promise a cooling-off period, automatic cancellation window, refund percentage, cash credit, or fixed pre-commencement entitlement. A person who is uncertain should resolve questions before paying.
No representative may promise a refund or exception unless the promise is confirmed through an authorised written Career Redefine communication. Informal discussion, expectation, assumption, or a statement by an unauthorised person does not change the written terms.
Payment errors and disputed transactions
A suspected duplicate debit, incorrect amount, failed transaction showing inconsistent status, or payment sent to an incorrect destination should be reported promptly with the payment date, amount, reference, payer name, and relevant evidence. These matters are reviewed as payment reconciliation issues and are not the same as a voluntary cancellation after commencement.
Career Redefine may verify a transaction with its records, bank, payment provider, or other relevant service before deciding what correction is appropriate. A pending bank reversal or payment-provider hold may need to be resolved by the relevant provider.
Starting an unsupported payment dispute or chargeback after receiving access does not automatically cancel the enrollment or establish a refund right. Career Redefine may provide enrollment, access, delivery, and communication records when responding to a payment dispute.
How to submit a refund or payment request
A refund, cancellation, or payment-reconciliation request should be sent to info@careerredefine.com from the email address used for the enrollment where possible. The request should include the learner's name, telephone number, program or service, payment date, amount, transaction reference, reason, and relevant supporting information.
Submitting a request does not mean that a refund has been approved. Career Redefine may ask for clarification, verify records, review commencement and access events, confirm payment status, and consider the written enrollment terms before responding.
The learner should continue to follow payment and participation obligations while a request is under review unless Career Redefine confirms a different arrangement in writing. A pending request does not automatically pause an instalment or preserve access.
Review and discretionary exceptions
Any exception to this Policy is at the sole discretion of Career Redefine unless a different result is required by a right that cannot be excluded. An exception may be considered on its own facts but is not guaranteed.
In reviewing a request, Career Redefine may consider the date of payment, commencement, access granted, sessions scheduled or delivered, resources allocated, learner participation, communications, payment status, and any specific written term connected with the enrollment.
An exception for one person, program, payment, or circumstance does not create a precedent, continuing practice, or entitlement for another case. A valid exception must be confirmed in writing by an authorised Career Redefine representative.
No waiver of rights that cannot be excluded
This Policy describes Career Redefine's contractual refund position and does not remove a right or remedy that cannot legally be excluded in a particular case. Nothing in the no-refund position authorises Career Redefine to charge for a service it has not agreed to provide or to disregard a binding decision by a competent authority.
A disagreement about quality or expectations should first be reported with specific details so that Career Redefine has a reasonable opportunity to understand the issue and respond. A subjective preference, change of mind, missed participation, or outcome outside Career Redefine's control is not automatically evidence that an agreed service was not provided.
Final acknowledgment and contact
Before paying, the learner confirms that they had the opportunity to ask questions about the program, fees, schedule, access, participation expectations, and refund terms. The learner is responsible for deciding whether the offering is suitable for their goals, availability, finances, device access, and willingness to complete the work.
By paying a booking amount, advance, instalment, or full fee, the payer and learner acknowledge the non-refundable booking amount, the strict no-refund position after commencement, the commencement events described above, and the continuing nature of agreed instalment obligations after voluntary discontinuation.
Questions or requests about this Policy may be sent to info@careerredefine.com. A request should not include passwords, banking passwords, CVVs, UPI PINs, or one-time codes.
