Effective date: 13 August 2026. Last updated: 13 August 2026.
This Privacy Policy explains how Career Redefine ("Career Redefine", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, stores, shares, and otherwise handles information connected with our websites, enquiries, programs, workshops, mentorship, career-support services, events, communications, content, and business operations.
By using our website, submitting information, contacting us, requesting a brochure, enrolling in a program, participating in a service, or otherwise interacting with Career Redefine, you acknowledge the practices described in this Policy. Additional notices or written terms may apply to a particular program, service, campaign, event, or feature.
About this Policy
This Policy applies to information handled by Career Redefine through its public websites, protected administration systems, contact channels, learning activities, program operations, career-support services, events, and related business processes. It applies whether information is received through a website form, telephone call, email, messaging service, payment interaction, online session, event, document, referral, or another permitted channel.
The information we collect and the way we use it depend on the nature of the interaction. Not every category or purpose described in this Policy applies to every person. We aim to collect information that is useful for providing services, understanding enquiries, running our operations, maintaining records, improving our work, communicating with people, and protecting Career Redefine and its community.
This Policy should be read with our Terms and Conditions, Refund Policy, program terms, form notices, and any written agreement connected with a specific service. Where a specific notice provides additional information about a particular activity, both documents apply.
Information we may collect
We may collect information provided directly by an individual, generated through an interaction, received from a permitted source, or created while administering a service. Depending on the circumstances, this may include:
- Name, email address, telephone number, city, location, and preferred contact method.
- Education, qualifications, employment or career status, professional experience, skills, interests, goals, preferred program, and career context.
- Enquiry messages, support requests, call or meeting notes, correspondence, feedback, complaints, and communication preferences.
- Enrollment, batch, attendance, schedule, assignment, project, assessment, mentorship, certification, and learner-support information.
- Resume, profile, portfolio, interview, job-search, and career-development information supplied for a requested service.
- Payment status, transaction reference, amount, invoice information, instalment status, and payment-related correspondence.
- Photographs, reviews, testimonials, professional role, city, social link, event information, video link, or other content supplied for an approved purpose.
- Page address, referring page, campaign information, brochure-download activity, job-link clicks, timestamps, general browser or device information, and technical events.
- Account, authentication, permission, session, security, audit, and suspected-abuse information connected with protected systems.
We may combine information received at different times or through different channels where doing so helps us maintain an accurate record, respond consistently, provide a requested service, understand the relationship, improve operations, or protect our systems and rights.
How information is collected
Information may be collected when an individual completes a form, downloads a brochure, makes an enquiry, registers or enrols, attends a session, submits an assignment, requests career support, communicates with our team, participates in an event, supplies a review, makes a payment, uses a website feature, clicks an external job link, or asks us to take an action.
We may receive information from a parent or guardian, person making a referral, employer or institution acting at the individual's request, payment provider, communications provider, event organiser, technology provider, or other source permitted to provide it. A person giving us information about someone else should have authority to do so and should provide only what is reasonably relevant.
Some technical information is created automatically when our website or systems receive a request. We may record standard operational details needed to deliver content, prevent misuse, understand referral or campaign context, issue a protected download, diagnose an error, secure a service, or maintain an audit trail.
How we may use information
Career Redefine may use information for the purposes described when it is collected, for reasonably related purposes, and for other purposes that are permitted in the circumstances. Our uses may include:
- Responding to enquiries and understanding a person's stated education, career position, interests, and goals.
- Recommending or discussing potentially relevant programs, resources, workshops, mentorship, or career-support services.
- Providing brochures, consultations, sessions, learning access, mentorship, projects, assessments, support, and certification administration.
- Managing enrollment, schedules, attendance, payments, instalments, invoices, refunds, support history, and service records.
- Contacting individuals through telephone, email, messaging services, or another available channel about their enquiry or relationship with us.
- Personalising conversations, learner support, program administration, content, and follow-up based on available context.
- Improving programs, materials, website content, communication, internal processes, reporting, quality, and user experience.
- Understanding demand, enquiry sources, campaign performance, service usage, content engagement, and general business trends.
- Promoting Career Redefine programs, services, events, resources, and opportunities through appropriate channels.
- Preventing duplicate loss, spam, fraud, misconduct, security incidents, unauthorised access, and misuse of content or systems.
- Training and supporting authorised personnel, maintaining accountability, handling complaints, and resolving disputes.
- Protecting our learners, team, systems, services, reputation, contractual rights, intellectual property, and legitimate business interests.
- Complying with financial, tax, regulatory, court, law-enforcement, recordkeeping, and other binding requirements.
We may create aggregated, statistical, or de-identified information for planning, reporting, research, service development, security, and business analysis. We may use such information where it does not reasonably identify an individual.
Enquiries, brochures, and counselling
When a person submits an enquiry, contact request, or brochure form, we may collect name, contact details, education, city, current status, interested program, message, preferred contact method, submission source, page and referral context, and campaign information. Required fields are identified in the relevant form.
We use this information to save and route the enquiry, provide the requested material, contact the person, understand their needs, discuss suitable options, plan follow-up, improve enquiry handling, measure source effectiveness, and maintain a record of the interaction. We may contact the person through any contact detail they provided unless they request a reasonable communication restriction.
A recent matching email address or telephone number may be connected with an earlier enquiry so that our team can understand the history and avoid losing a new submission. A brochure may be delivered through a time-limited link or protected access mechanism. The enquiry may remain recorded even if the brochure is not downloaded.
Providing information or receiving a recommendation does not guarantee admission, suitability, certification, interview, employment, salary, or any other outcome. Career decisions remain the responsibility of the individual.
Program and learner administration
For an enrolled or participating learner, we may use information to organise onboarding, scheduling, attendance, learning access, sessions, assignments, projects, assessments, mentorship, feedback, support, certification, payment follow-up, and related administration. We may also use the record to maintain service continuity and understand what was provided or agreed.
Authorised instructors, mentors, administrators, support personnel, finance personnel, and professional advisers may access information relevant to their responsibilities. Access is intended for Career Redefine work and does not permit personnel to use learner information for unrelated private solicitation or personal purposes.
Learners should not submit passwords, production credentials, confidential employer material, unnecessary identification documents, private third-party information, or restricted datasets in an assignment, project, resume, or support message. We may remove, restrict, or refuse material that creates an avoidable privacy, security, contractual, or intellectual-property risk.
Program records may also be used to investigate academic dishonesty, misconduct, unauthorised recording or sharing, harassment, non-payment, misuse of systems, or disputes about access, participation, completion, or support.
Communications and promotions
We may communicate through telephone, email, SMS, WhatsApp, video-conferencing services, social platforms, or another channel used or supplied by the individual. Communications may relate to an enquiry, brochure, enrollment, schedule, payment, session, support request, program update, event, opportunity, service, resource, policy, security issue, or other Career Redefine activity.
We may send information about programs, workshops, events, career resources, offers, updates, and related services that may be relevant based on the person's enquiry, interests, prior interaction, or relationship with us. A person may request that optional promotional contact stop. We may keep limited information necessary to honour that request.
A request to stop optional promotion does not prevent us from sending a message needed to answer an active enquiry, administer an enrollment or payment, provide requested support, address security, enforce terms, or meet a binding obligation.
Third-party communication platforms process information under their own systems and terms. Individuals should avoid sending highly sensitive information through ordinary messaging channels and should independently verify suspicious requests.
Website, cookies, and technical information
Our website and hosting environment may process standard technical information needed to display pages, receive forms, control downloads, maintain performance, prevent abuse, diagnose errors, and secure services. This may include timestamps, requested pages, general browser details, referral information, campaign parameters, and privacy-protective indicators used for security or rate limiting.
Protected administration functions may use session, authentication, and anti-forgery cookies. These support sign-in, access control, session continuity, and protection of administrative actions. Blocking a necessary cookie may prevent a protected feature from working correctly.
We may use measurement, analytics, campaign, or similar technology to understand website and communication performance. The specific technology used may change as our website and business develop. We may adjust configuration, limit collection, or provide additional choices where appropriate.
Browser or device settings can control some cookies and local storage. Those controls are provided by the relevant browser or device maker, and their use may affect website functionality.
Payments and transaction records
Payments may be processed by a bank, payment gateway, UPI service, financing provider, or other payment service. The payment provider may collect account, card, device, authentication, and transaction information under its own terms. Individuals should provide payment credentials only through an approved payment interface.
Career Redefine may receive or record payer details, amount, payment method category, status, date, transaction reference, invoice information, instalment status, and related correspondence. We may use these details for enrollment, access, reconciliation, accounting, collections, refunds, dispute handling, fraud prevention, reporting, and recordkeeping.
We do not need an individual's banking password, complete payment-card credentials, CVV, UPI PIN, or one-time password. Such credentials should never be sent to a Career Redefine employee, instructor, or mentor. A request for them should be treated as suspicious and reported promptly.
Recordings, reviews, and public content
A learning, mentoring, counselling, event, or support session may be recorded where participants receive an appropriate notice or permission is otherwise obtained. Recordings may be used for learning access, internal review, support, quality, documentation, or another disclosed purpose. Participants must not record or redistribute a session without authorisation.
A review, testimonial, story, photograph, profile, role, city, quotation, event image, video link, or social link may be published when it has been supplied or approved for publication. We may edit approved content for length, clarity, safety, spelling, or presentation without intentionally changing its meaning or inventing an outcome.
Public content may be viewed, indexed, copied, captured, or shared by people outside our control. A request to correct or remove content from a Career Redefine channel will be assessed reasonably, but removal from our service cannot guarantee deletion of a third party's independent copy, cache, archive, screenshot, or repost.
We may keep a limited approval, source, or publication record after public content is removed where reasonably needed to document what was authorised, resolve a dispute, or protect rights.
When information may be shared
We may share information with authorised personnel and service providers where access is reasonably required to operate Career Redefine, deliver a requested service, process a transaction, communicate, host or secure systems, maintain records, obtain professional advice, or support another purpose described in this Policy.
- Website, database, storage, backup, security, and technical-support providers.
- Email, messaging, telephone, video-conferencing, document-delivery, and communication providers.
- Banks, payment gateways, payment services, accountants, auditors, and finance-support providers.
- Instructors, mentors, administrators, support personnel, contractors, and advisers working for Career Redefine.
- Professional advisers, insurers, investigators, authorities, courts, or other recipients connected with compliance, disputes, safety, fraud, or protection of rights.
- A successor, buyer, investor, partner, or adviser involved in a genuine reorganisation, financing, sale, transfer, merger, or similar business process, subject to appropriate confidentiality and review.
A recipient should receive information reasonably connected with its function. A service provider acting for us is not authorised merely by receiving information to use it for unrelated independent advertising or sale.
Career Redefine does not sell or rent personal information to unrelated data brokers for monetary consideration.
External links and independent services
Our website may link to WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, job portals, employer sites, payment services, video services, or other external platforms. Those services operate independently and may collect information when a person visits, clicks, signs in, communicates, applies, or pays.
We do not control an external platform's privacy practices, security, availability, content, recruitment process, or decisions. Individuals should verify the destination and review its terms before providing information. A link from Career Redefine does not mean that we accept responsibility for every statement, practice, offer, employer, or transaction on the destination service.
For reporting, attribution, service improvement, or abuse prevention, we may record limited information about a click before redirecting to an external destination. The destination may separately receive standard technical or referral information.
Storage, transfer, and retention
Information may be stored or processed using systems operated by Career Redefine or by service providers. Depending on the provider and service, processing may occur in India or another location. We select and manage providers based on factors such as functionality, availability, security, cost, support, contractual terms, and business needs.
We retain information for as long as reasonably useful or necessary for the purpose for which it was collected, a related operational purpose, service continuity, security, recordkeeping, accounting, dispute handling, enforcement, or another permitted business or compliance need. Different records may have different retention periods.
- Enquiry and communication records may remain available while follow-up is active and for a reasonable period afterward.
- Enrollment, attendance, project, assessment, certification, payment, and support records may be kept to administer and evidence the service.
- Security, access, audit, processing, and incident records may be retained to investigate events and protect systems and rights.
- Preference or suppression information may be retained to remember a communication choice.
- Information relevant to a complaint, dispute, unpaid amount, investigation, or claim may be retained until the matter and an appropriate follow-up period end.
When information is no longer reasonably required, we may delete, anonymise, aggregate, archive, or isolate it. Deletion from active systems may not immediately remove restricted backup copies, cached data, or copies already held independently by another recipient.
Security and misuse prevention
We use technical and organisational controls intended to reduce the risk of unauthorised access, misuse, alteration, disclosure, loss, or destruction. Controls may include role-based access, protected authentication, hashed credentials or tokens, secure connections, validation, rate limits, origin checks, audit records, backups, monitoring, and restrictions on administrative actions.
Security measures are selected according to the system, information, purpose, available technology, cost, and foreseeable risk. No website, communication channel, storage system, device, or organisational process can guarantee complete security.
Individuals are responsible for protecting their devices, accounts, email, messaging access, passwords, payment credentials, and one-time codes. They should verify suspicious messages and notify us promptly if they believe information connected with Career Redefine has been misused.
If we become aware of a material security incident, we may investigate, contain, recover, preserve evidence, contact affected people or providers, reset access, suspend features, and take other steps appropriate to the circumstances.
Children and guardian involvement
A person under eighteen should involve a parent or lawful guardian before submitting enrollment, payment, testimonial, or sensitive career information. A parent or guardian should provide only information reasonably needed for the relevant enquiry or service.
We may ask for parent or guardian involvement, limit a feature, pause an interaction, decline publication, or remove information if we believe additional authorisation or protection is appropriate. We do not intend to use children's information for behaviour-based targeted advertising.
A parent or guardian who believes that a child has submitted information inappropriately may contact info@careerredefine.com with enough detail for us to locate and assess the record.
Choices, corrections, and requests
A person may contact us to ask about information connected with them, correct inaccurate contact or profile details, update communication preferences, withdraw an optional permission, or request deletion of information that is no longer needed. Requests should be sent to info@careerredefine.com and include enough context to locate the relevant interaction.
We may ask for reasonable verification before disclosing, changing, or deleting information. A request may be limited where we cannot verify the requester, the information concerns another person, continued retention is reasonably required for an active service, payment, security, recordkeeping, dispute, contractual right, or binding obligation, or the request would compromise another person's rights or system security.
Withdrawing an optional permission does not undo prior use and may affect a feature or service that depends on the information. We may keep a limited record of the request and our response for accountability, preference management, and dispute handling.
Business changes and Policy updates
Career Redefine may develop new programs, channels, features, systems, partnerships, or business processes. We may update this Policy to reflect those changes, revised practices, new risks, or changed requirements. The updated version will display a revised date.
If Career Redefine is reorganised, financed, sold, transferred, merged, or combined with another operation, relevant information may be reviewed or transferred as part of that process. We may use confidentiality, access, due-diligence, and contractual controls appropriate to the circumstances.
Continued interaction after an updated Policy is made available constitutes acknowledgement of the updated description to the extent appropriate. Where a separate affirmative choice is needed for a new use, we may request it through the relevant channel.
Interpretation and contact
Examples in this Policy illustrate the kinds of information, purposes, recipients, and controls that may apply. They do not require Career Redefine to collect every listed item or use every listed provider. Headings are for navigation and do not limit the meaning of the surrounding text.
If any part of this Policy cannot be applied in a particular circumstance, the remaining parts continue to apply as far as reasonably possible. Nothing in this Policy creates a guarantee that information will never be accessed, disclosed, lost, or affected by an incident.
Questions, preference requests, correction requests, privacy concerns, and complaints may be sent to info@careerredefine.com. General contact methods displayed on the Career Redefine website may also be used. Do not send passwords, CVVs, payment PINs, banking passwords, one-time codes, or unnecessary identification documents.
