These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the enrollment, participation, and use of any educational program, certification course, workshop, mentorship, bootcamp, career support service, placement assistance, consulting session, or any other offering ("Program") provided under the Career Redefine name ("Career Redefine", "We", "Us", or "Our").
By enrolling in or making payment toward any Program offered by the Company, the participant ("Learner", "You", or "Your") acknowledges and agrees to be legally bound by the following Terms and Conditions.
Enrollment, Acceptance & Contractual Agreement
Enrollment into any Program is confirmed only upon receipt of payment (partial or full) and issuance of an official acknowledgment by the Company. Payment toward any Program constitutes a legally binding agreement between the Learner and the Company and signifies acceptance of these Terms in full.
The Learner confirms that they have reviewed, understood, and voluntarily agreed to these Terms prior to enrollment. The Company shall not be responsible for any claims arising from the Learner's failure to read or understand these Terms. These Terms apply uniformly to all programs unless explicitly modified in writing by an authorized representative of the Company.
Program Fees, Taxes & Payment Obligations
All program fees shall be communicated prior to enrollment. Fees may be structured as full payment or installment-based payment plans.
Where installment plans are permitted:
- An advance or booking amount may be required to confirm enrollment.
- The remaining balance must be paid within the communicated timeline.
- Failure to adhere to payment schedules may result in suspension or termination of access.
All fees are exclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Any legally applicable tax will be communicated and charged in accordance with prevailing regulations.
In the event of non-payment or delayed payment:
- Access to live sessions, recordings, materials, LMS platforms, and support services may be suspended.
- Certification and placement services may be withheld.
- The Company reserves the right to pursue recovery of outstanding dues.
The Learner agrees that payment obligations remain enforceable even if participation is discontinued voluntarily.
Refund Policy
The Company maintains a strict no-refund policy once the Program has commenced.
For clarity, Program commencement shall be defined as the earlier of:
- The first scheduled live session, or
- Granting access to course materials, learning portals, recordings, private groups, or onboarding resources.
No refunds shall be granted under the following circumstances:
- Partial attendance
- Personal emergencies
- Health issues
- Relocation
- Employment commitments
- Dissatisfaction based on subjective expectations
- Failure to complete assignments
- Non-participation
- Technical difficulties on the participant's end
In case of installment-based enrollment:
- The booking/advance amount is non-refundable under all circumstances.
- Discontinuation does not absolve the Learner from paying the remaining balance.
Any exception to the refund policy shall be at the sole discretion of the Company and shall not create precedent.
Program Structure & Participation Expectations
Programs may include live sessions, recorded lectures, assignments, projects, assessments, case studies, peer collaboration, and mentorship interactions.
The Learner acknowledges that:
- Active participation is required to derive value.
- Results are dependent on individual effort.
- Recordings are supplementary and do not replace live engagement.
The Company shall not be responsible for missed sessions due to the Learner's absence or scheduling conflicts.
Certification Criteria
Certification shall be granted only upon successful completion of academic requirements as determined by the Company.
This may include:
- Minimum attendance thresholds
- Assignment completion
- Project submission
- Performance benchmarks
- Ethical compliance
Certification is not guaranteed solely upon payment of fees. The Company reserves the right to withhold certification for academic dishonesty, plagiarism, misconduct, or failure to meet minimum standards.
Placement Support & Career Services Disclaimer
Placement assistance, resume optimization, interview preparation, and referral guidance may be provided as value-added services to support participants in their career growth. While the Company strives to provide structured career support, employment outcomes depend on multiple factors including individual effort, skill development, market conditions, and third-party employer decisions. Career Redefine does not exercise control over hiring decisions made by external organizations and therefore cannot guarantee specific job outcomes, salary levels, interview opportunities, or timelines. The Company shall not be held liable for employment-related outcomes.
Intellectual Property Rights
All educational content provided by the Company including but not limited to:
- Lecture videos
- Slides and documents
- Frameworks
- Code samples
- Assignments
- Templates
- Recordings
- Case studies
are the exclusive intellectual property of Career Redefine or its applicable licensors.
Participants are granted limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable access for personal educational purposes only.
Unauthorized actions including reproduction, redistribution, public sharing, commercial use, or reverse engineering of content are strictly prohibited and may result in legal action and termination without refund.
Code of Conduct
Participants are expected to maintain professional and respectful behavior at all times.
The Company reserves the right to remove any participant for:
- Disruptive behavior
- Harassment
- Academic misconduct
- Unauthorized recording
- Intellectual property violation
Removal due to misconduct shall not entitle the participant to any refund.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Company's total liability shall not exceed the total program fee paid by the Learner.
The Company shall not be liable for:
- Indirect or consequential losses
- Business losses
- Loss of income
- Emotional distress
- Career decisions
- Market changes
Participation is voluntary and based on individual discretion.
Force Majeure
The Company shall not be held responsible for delays or disruptions arising from events beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, government actions, public emergencies, technical failures, or internet disruptions.
Data Privacy & Confidentiality
Participant data shall be used for administrative, academic, and internal improvement purposes.
The Company does not sell participant data to third parties.
By enrolling, the Learner consents to:
- Recording of sessions
- Internal performance tracking
- Communication via official channels
Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction
In the unlikely event of any dispute, both parties agree to first attempt an amicable resolution through discussion and mutual understanding. If a resolution cannot be reached, the matter shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
Policy Modifications
The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
Final Acknowledgment
By enrolling and making payment, the Learner confirms that:
- They have read and understood these Terms.
- They agree to abide by all policies stated herein.
- They accept the refund, placement, and liability clauses.
- They enter this agreement voluntarily.
